1. शर्तों की स्वीकृति / Acceptance of Terms

JILI Games की सेवाओं का उपयोग करके, आप इन उपयोग की शर्तों और हमारी गोपनीयता नीति से सहमत होते हैं, जो भारत के डिजिटल पर्सनल डेटा प्रोटेक्शन अधिनियम, 2023 (DPDP Act) के अनुसार है। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग न करें।

By accessing and using JILI Games' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. पात्रता / Eligibility

हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। सेवाओं का उपयोग करके, आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आप 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के हैं और इन शर्तों में प्रवेश करने की कानूनी क्षमता रखते हैं।

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. खाता पंजीकरण / Account Registration

कुछ सुविधाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए आपको एक खाता पंजीकृत करना होगा और सटीक, पूर्ण और अद्यतित जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी। आप अपने खाते की जानकारी की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।

To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. उपयोगकर्ता जिम्मेदारियाँ / User Responsibilities

आप अपने खाते के तहत सभी गतिविधियों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। किसी भी अनधिकृत उपयोग की तुरंत सूचना दें। आप हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करते समय सभी लागू कानूनों, जिसमें DPDP अधिनियम भी शामिल है, का पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं।

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the DPDP Act, when using our services.

5. निषिद्ध गतिविधियाँ / Prohibited Activities

आप सहमत हैं कि:

हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग किसी भी अवैध या अनधिकृत उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं करेंगे
हमारी प्रणालियों तक अनधिकृत पहुँच प्राप्त करने का प्रयास नहीं करेंगे
हमारी सेवाओं के उचित संचालन में हस्तक्षेप नहीं करेंगे
किसी भी धोखाधड़ी, दुरुपयोग या हानिकारक गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होंगे
किसी भी लागू कानून, जिसमें DPDP अधिनियम शामिल है, का उल्लंघन नहीं करेंगे

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
Violate any applicable law, including the DPDP Act

6. डेटा सुरक्षा और गोपनीयता / Data Protection and Privacy

हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग हमारी गोपनीयता नीति द्वारा भी शासित होता है, जो DPDP अधिनियम का पालन करती है। आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी के संबंध में आपके अधिकार गोपनीयता नीति में वर्णित हैं।

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the DPDP Act. You have rights regarding your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. बौद्धिक संपदा / Intellectual Property

हमारी सेवाओं की सभी सामग्री, विशेषताएँ और कार्यक्षमता JILI Games की संपत्ति हैं और लागू बौद्धिक संपदा कानूनों द्वारा संरक्षित हैं। आप बिना अनुमति के किसी भी सामग्री का उपयोग, प्रतिलिपि या वितरण नहीं कर सकते।

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by JILI Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

8. दायित्व की सीमा / Limitation of Liability

JILI Games आपकी सेवाओं के उपयोग या उपयोग करने में असमर्थता के कारण उत्पन्न किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, परिणामी या दंडात्मक क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा, जब तक कि कानून द्वारा अनुमति न हो।

JILI Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, to the extent permitted by law.
